I'm sure that you can't find the meaning of this expression in any dictionary. "Kệ" in this case, as you can see, is a verb ("Kệ", if used as noun, it means bookshelf). But there is no equivalent in english. It is used when you want to say that something doesn't matter to you, or you don't want to get involved. Let's look at some examples:

B: Let him be (It doesn't matter to me). I dont care about him.

B: Kệ đi. Có quan trọng đâu.
A: Cái gì cậu cũng kệ!
A: You plan to wear this dress to the job interview? It's ugly!
B: doesn't matter. it is not important.
A: nothing matters to you then!
